Class Offerings

Athletic Conditioning and Training, Spring 2023

Mondays

With a focus on improving agility, endurance, coordination, flexibility and balance, Athletic Conditioning Training is a group class geared towards performers and athletes. This class is divided into age groupings to ensure developmental appropriateness. Mondays, Spring 2023


Conditioning for Dancers, Spring 2023

Tuesdays and Wednesdays

With a focus on improving agility, endurance, coordination, flexibility and balance, Conditioning for Dancers is a group class geared specifically towards dancers and is required of all company dancers and highly recommended for Level 2.5+ dancers. This class is divided into age groupings to ensure developmental appropriateness.  Mondays and Tuesdays,


Yoga/Pilates, Spring 2023

Tuesdays, Thursdays

With a focus on core strengthening and improving flexibility our yoga/pilates classes are beneficial for dancers and athletes alike.  Taught by an extremely knowledgeable and certified yoga instructor this class will help performers improve their technique and protect from injury.
