1:00 - 2:30 pm - Level 3B+ Open Ballet Class (instructors will rotate)

Lion King Kids Cast Class -   This is a two hour class for students ages 5-12 or academic grades K-6.  Kids will be split up during the class and moved through smaller groups with three instructors.  During those rotations they will receive instruction in musical theater choreography; singing and acting.  This class will culminate in the production of a short musical that will be performed at The Franciscan on May 17-18th.  The week of May 10th these students will rehearse daily in preparation for the show.  Exact timing of these rehearsal are TBD but must be made a priority during that time.  A  The title will be chosen by the kids during the first week of the class.  Show choices will be developmentally appropriate and limited to MTI or other licensing companies that produce adapted scripts for YOUNG performers.  The musical length will most likely be between 30-45 minutes. 

Pre-Professional Company Class Requirements At least four ballet technique classes Monday-Thursday; One Conditioning Class per week;  One non-ballet dance class per week.   ABT Level 4 and Up; En Pointe.  Company Levels are the same as Fall 2023.

Junior Company Class Requirements 

At least three ballet technique classes Monday - Thursday; One conditioning Class per week; Must take the Junior Company Class on Fridays. ABT Level 3 or higher and in at least grade 4.

Mini Company Class Requirements -

At least two ballet technique classes Monday - Thursday; One conditioning class per week; one non-ballet dance class per week; ABT Level 1 Ballet or higher; Enrollment in Saturday mini company ballet class; academic grades 2-5.
